The Mobility Course is designed to supplement any of our training courses. We will focus on self-myofascial release (SMR), stretching and a few correctives each day. By developing your mobility and flexibility, you will increase your durability and decrease your risk of injury.
Mobility training is the same as speed, jump and weight training. You must commit to a plan and be consistent with your work. By dedicating 10-15 minutes of your day to address these deficiencies, you will see an improved difference in how you feel and move. Be patient and know that over time you will see a significant change. The more effort and time you put into your training, the more success you will see.
This 6 day template is intended to be repeated weekly throughout the duration of your training course. Each exercise on the template is linked to an instructional video to explain, demonstrate and provide coaching cues.
