HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?

While many of our items are ready to ship (and will ship next day), others are made to order and will take a bit longer (usually around two weeks). Please see the individual listing for shipping and processing times. You could potentially receive your order in two separate shipments if your order contains both READY TO SHIP and MADE TO ORDER items.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our shirts are unisex sizing unless otherwise noted. If you need help, email us at info@performancecourse.com.

MY ITEM DOESN'T FIT. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges as our shirts are made to order. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please refer to the sizing charts (if applicable) before placing your order. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A DIGITAL PRODUCT?

Due to the nature of the product and delivery method, digital products are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable. Digital products are copyright protected and sharing or reproduction is prohibited.

THERE IS A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER!

If you receive the wrong order, wrong size, defective item, etc., please contact us within 7 day of receiving your order and we will work with you to get it resolved!

WHAT TYPE OF APPAREL DO YOU PRINT ON?

Our t-shirts are printed on the top brands like Bella Canvas, Alternative, American Apparel, Gildan Softstyle and Anvil. For shirts that are heavy on ink, we print on Gildan Softstyle as they hold the color much better than the jersey blend tees.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ITEM?

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

SHIPPING

If an item is marked as "READY TO SHIP", it will typically ship out in 2 business days or less. Items marked as "MADE TO ORDER" typically take up to 2-7 business days for the apparel to be printed. When you factor in shipping time, orders arrive within approximately 14 business days. Technically, you could receive your order in two separate shipments if your order both READY TO SHIP and MADE TO ORDER items.
